it seems the adidas are really riding their popularity at the moment, they have the lightest, most popular boot on the market at the moment and they are looking to capitalize. i say this because they are releasing a new color way every week at the moment. I'm a fan of the boot, its a piece of pure innovation and engineering. i have to say, that they don't look horrible, but i haunt been in love with any of the recent color ways, i find a simple all one color boot with little accents here and there looks the best, not a technicolor dream coat boot. but thats just me, maybe I'm odd........ these are better than others though.....

my weekly design fix......

architecture really gets me going nowadays, so when i see stuff like this it makes my day and gets my own proverbial creative juices flowing.

the rooftop apartment picture in new york is designer diane vh. not too shabby.

these pictures are of a home designed in only black and white, very simple concept when you think about it, but still unique. i think it could have been terrible, but it isn't, its pretty awesome.

odd socks.......

the good people aver at the hundreds have discovered the key to selling random stuff, you put the product on half naked or very naked ladies. the hundreds have launched a sock line and they clearly know how to sell...... oh and some sunglasses company had a slightly more x-rated ad campaign planned, I'm posting those ads too..... enjoy

i know the socks aren't where your eyes were first drawn, but thats kind of the point.....

ray fucking kapp......

its no secret that i like the good things in life, sometimes to my own downfall i will admit, and this extends to architecture as well. i wasn't always aware of different architects etc, more just of the certain styles that i found attractive. then, one day i was watching an episode of californication on a plane and ray kappa's name came up, he was referred to as "ray fucking kappa' and i thought, any architect that gets a fuckin inserted into their name, on a prime time show no less, is probably worth looking into.....

so after much internets, i found some pics of ray kappa's own self designed home.... take a peek, i think you'll find that he is most splendiforis.........
